Fabio Montani
Driver and project manager

From 1996 to 2002, Fabio Montani participated in numerous international championships reserved for sports vehicles. His Target 24 and R&M teams were the protagonists of the Endurance championships. Of note are his four performances as driver in the Daytona 24 Hour Race in prestigious teams and his home-country victory as team manager in the 1,000 Kilometres of Monza in 2000.


Luca Piancastelli
Design Engineer

Luca has wide experience managing varied projects for renowned manufacturers and with professional teams. He has worked with Fabio since 1998. Luca designed the aerodynamics and the frame of Gus Gus using sophisticated simulation programs. Field results have confirmed the quality of his theoretical and conceptual work.


Mario Villa
Constructor

Mario constructed the vehicle in his La Fenice Speed-Shop in Birone di Giussano (in Monza-Brianza Province). His ten-year experience was essential in the construction of a frame that combines very diverse construction technology ranging from the use of carbon steel tubing and aluminium support structures. The alcohol-fuelled engines were also developed and modified in his garage to fit speed record vehicles.
